Phi Chi Epsilon Fraternity was founded in 1983 at the Potsdam campus of the State University of New York. Though still very young, Phi Chi Epsilon plans to become a national fraternity. The founding fathers of the Alpha Chapter in Potsdam formed Phi Chi Epsilon because they believed that there exists a bond that is even stronger than friendship - Brotherhood.
